The 2009 season got off to a strong start with a legal muskie being caught and released on opening weekend.  Let's hope it's a great big fish year and that we have many new members added to the Mylie's Place 50" Muskie Club.  All muskies pictures are caught, photographed and released unless otherwise noted.

Bob's 50.5" muskie from July 2009.  A special fish for Bob because it's the first 50 inch class muskie from Lake of the Woods that hasn't fallen off.  After many, many years of fishing up here and having too many fall off to want to think about, this one stayed on.  Congrats, Bob.  Well deserved and long overdue.  Sorry I couldn't have been there to take the picture while you were holdering her.  Landing a 50 incher while fishing solo is no easy task!!
