Tangen's w/ Crappies

Sept 23, 2009:  The Tangen Party's annual September trip was a little less productive than normal becuase of the well above normal temperatues.  Their best fishing for fall crappies and walleyes has typically been in water temps ranging from 55-58 degrees.  This year they were faced with 68-70 degrees.  You can't keep a bunch of good anglers down though so they rolled up their sleeves and got to work.  Here is their bounty from the last day of the trip.  They ate fish every night except the last and took home most of the crappies they need to fill limits.  Also includes was a 28 3/4" walleye on the final day that was released.  The digital photo had a technical issue so we'll await the disposable camera version and scan it for posting when it arrives.  Good fishing, guys!!
